Ssenteza Aloyzious is an ICT professional, lecturer, and innovation leader at the University of Kisubi, where he serves as the Team Leader for ICT Innovations. He currently coordinates and supports technology-driven innovations developed by both students and staff through the University’s Innovation Hub.
With a strong background in Information Technology, Information Systems, and E-Learning, Aloyzious brings extensive experience in systems development, digital transformation, and academic technology integration. He holds a Master of Information Technology, with a strong focus on applied, problem-solving innovations.
In his role at the University of Kisubi, he also serves as the E-Learning Coordinator and Lecturer, where he has led the implementation of learning management systems, Network infrastructure development, trained staff and students in digital tools, and supported the development of web-based and data-driven solutions. His professional experience spans roles such as systems administrator, network engineer, computer technician, and community ICT trainer.
As Team Leader for ICT Innovations, Aloyzious is passionate about nurturing practical, scalable, and socially impactful innovations. He works closely with innovators to refine ideas, develop prototypes, and align projects with real-world needs, entrepreneurship, and emerging technologies such as AI-assisted systems, management information systems, and smart digital platforms.
His interests include educational technology, software systems development, innovation management, and capacity building, with a strong commitment to empowering young innovators and advancing technology-led solutions within and beyond the University community.
