1. Core Management Team

The Core Management Team is responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the Hub, strategic planning, partnership development, technical supervision, and implementation of all innovation activities. The team ensures that programs and projects are delivered efficiently and in line with the Hub’s mission.

2. Advisory Board

The Advisory Board provides strategic oversight, quality assurance, and institutional accountability. It links the Hub’s activities to the University’s formal governance structures, including the Senate and relevant academic and administrative organs, ensuring compliance with university policy, academic standards, and long-term institutional priorities.
