Nampeera Catherine is a dedicated and results-oriented Accountant serving at the Innovation Hub of the University of Kisubi. With over a decade of progressive experience in financial management, accounting, and institutional administration, she plays a vital role in ensuring sound financial stewardship and accountability within the Hub.

Catherine holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Management from the Uganda Management Institute (UMI) and is a Certified Public Accountant – CPA (U) under the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda. She also earned an Accounts Technician Diploma (ATD) from Makerere University Business School.

Her professional journey spans diverse roles including Accountant at the University of Kisubi (2025–to date), School Accountant/Bursar at Hectagon/Alpha Kindergarten & Day Care Centre (2015–2024), and Accounts Assistant at GidLind Professional Business Consulting Services (2012–2014). Through these roles, she has developed strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and institutional financial management.

Catherine is proficient in accounting software such as Sage and QuickBooks, as well as Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Access. She also brings additional strengths in research support, survey design, data collection, process analysis, and report writing.

Known for her integrity, teamwork, and strong interpersonal skills, Catherine is confident, flexible, and self-motivated. She thrives in dynamic and high-tech environments, contributing to the Innovation Hub’s mission of fostering creativity, entrepreneurship, and sustainable development.
